Of those, 79% said they would consider summer staff for long-term positions.\u00a0For business\u00a0owners\u00a0taking the long view,\u00a0the employee onboarding\u00a0and training process is even more crucial.<\/p>\n<p>By providing a more extensive training at time of hire, those summer employees who stay on will already be prepped and able to make a seamless transition.
